Since 2014 Breastfeeding Support Norwich & Norfolk have been supporting hundreds of parents and families in their breastfeeding journeys. We thrive to promote, protect and support breastfeeding, volunteering alongside local agencies and local IBCLCs. Our support is absolutely Free for all.

FREE EVIDENCE BASED LACTATION AND BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT.

every other Friday drop in 10:00 to 11:30 at the Get me Out The Four Wall Hub, Hewett School, Hall Road entrance.

We can support you with:

  • Painful feeding, sore, cracked, damaged nipples

  • Block ducts, engorgement, recurrent mastitis 

  • Unsettled baby/Colic/reflux symptoms

  • getting baby back to the breast/ lactation 

  • Breastfeeding multiples

  • Low milk supply/Too much milk, fast letdown

  • Slow weight gain

  • Expressing

  • Returning to work

  • Stopping breastfeeding

  • Introducing bottles, cups

  • Weaning off nipple shields

  • Introducing solids. 

  • Moral support in your breastfeeding journey

How to find us

By Bus – First bus service 38 (from Castle Meadow) stops on Hall Road (Latimer Road stop) and the “Inspiration Trust” entrance is directly opposite. Follow the road to the Eileen Ash Sports Hall and turn left, The GMOTFW Hub is situated next door to the Hewett Under 5’s which has a multi coloured picket fence. 

By Car – The entrance to The GMOTFW Hub is accessible via Hall Road. The turning is indicated by a large blue “Inspiration Trust” sign close to the road (on the left if travelling from Mcdonald’s/Goals Roundabout – on the right if travelling from the City) Once you have turned in, follow the road to the Eileen Ash Sports Hall and you are able to park there. The GMOTFW Hub is situated next door to the Hewett Under 5’s which has a multi coloured picket fence and is situated directly opposite the sports hall.
